Sensorblocksets for EC.P

The available sensor sets for push/pull force monitoring (EC.P) contain all the individual parts required (sensor block, dummy block, mounting material).

Sensor and dummy blocks are assembled on the mounting bracket at the side of the moving end and continuously measure the push/pull forces there. The measured values are transmitted by wire to the i.Sense evaluation unit in the switch cabinet.

If predefined limits are exceeded, the evaluation unit triggers an action via a potential-free contact. This can be a message to the operator or a stop of the system, for example.

The dummy blocks are the dimensionally identical counterparts to the sensor blocks and only serve to equalise the mechanical forces. They are required for assembling the moving arm on the mounting bracket.
