Option 1: Separators and spacers igus® separators should be fitted every 2nd chain link as standard! 42.1 Standard - for all purposes Separator, wide base for maximum holding strength and stability in e-chains® and e-tubes. 42.2 Faster installation of cables Separator for igus® openable crossbar 385.X. Q. One side with wide base for secure seating, opposite side is narrow for easy cable installation (light clamping). Can also be used in e-tubes. 42.3 For many thin cables Separator with narrow base for many thin cables fitted side by side. Space-saving, secure footing – for e-chains® and e-tubes. Also available for QuickLock crossbars. 42.4 For e.g. side-mounted applications Asymmetrical separator, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e-chains® and e-tubes. 42.5 Locks in securely in 5mm increments Notch separator for notch crossbar with scaling. Can be positioned precisely. For e-chains® and e-tubes. Recommended for side-mounted applications. The separator 381 for e-chains® offers secure stability under load with its wide base, even for thick cables and hoses The separator 3881 with a narrow base (7 mm) for e-chains® for applications with many small cables that should respectively be separated from each other by a separator. Separators (e.g. "side-mounted" application) can be fixed in position by spacers 381.XX for e-chains®. The available inner height is reduced by 2mm for each spacer. To avoid this, the parts can also be installed on the outside of the opening crossbar (not for long travels) XX = spacer width (10, 15 and 20) Locking separator 3804 for e-chains® - with increased retention force for applications with very high humidity or extreme loads. The increased holding strength is produced by the asymmetric teeth locking into the crossbar. The "Super-aluminium" trough is a modular system of guide troughs for long travels (where e-chains® glide on each other). The basic "Super-aluminium" trough is available in simple, cost-effective "basic designs" and can be expanded for sophisticated plant construction. This universal usability makes it the recommended igus® standard for guide troughs.
