The miniature linear module with screw drive from the drylin SLW series impresses with its compact dimensions, making it ideal for small installation spaces. It is available in two sizes. Equipped with an efficient dryspin steep thread (spindle and threaded nut), it enables long-lasting, smooth and precise adjustment. The two-part design of the linear slide reduces bearing play to a minimum, which makes the module particularly suitable for applications where high precision and positioning accuracy are required. The system can be configured in either silver or discreet black. It is available for manual operation with a position indicator and handwheel as well as for electrical operation with drylin E electric motors and motor controls. The crossbars, the carriage housing and the linear rails are made of either silver or black clear anodised aluminium. The torsion-resistant drylin W aluminium profile ensures an extremely robust design, while the dry-running operation without external lubrication makes the module completely maintenance-free. It is fail-safe and quiet thanks to the absence of balls and the use of sliding elements. The clean and hygienic components are easy to clean and the service life of the module can be calculated online.
